R.A. Wiedemann & Associates, Inc., performed a business plan for Summit Aviation, the private owner of Summit Airport in Middletown, Delaware in 2005.

The business plan focused on Summit Aviation’s core business practice – avionics and airframe modification – along with several new strategic market directions.

The Airport employed more than 80 people and played a vital role in the rehabilitation of the U.S. Army’s CH-47 Chinook Helicopters. The business plan recommended improvements to several areas of the operation, along with new land use recommendations.

Promotional videos and full-color brochures were included in this project.
